Bob McFall founded and still runs AACO Golf Carts, a family business in Evansville, Indiana. Bob started working in sales at 18. He later wanted a schedule that let him coach his daughters' softball teams and spend more time at home, so after a short run with a cookie distributorship he began repairing worn-out golf carts in his backyard. His workshop there was a canopy over a straw floor. One winter his family gave him a space heater and work lights so he could keep going through the cold. As the operation grew, a friend offered an empty building, and the business eventually moved to Morgan Avenue, a busy stretch of cart and ATV dealers.
AACO is now an authorized E-Z-GO dealer and one of the area's largest sources for golf carts, parts, and accessories. It has held a place among the top 10 E-Z-GO retailers for several years. In 2019 it ranked third in the nation in E-Z-GO retail sales and was named E-Z-GO Freedom Retailer of the Year. Along with new carts, the dealership offers leasing, rentals, and service by E-Z-GO factory-trained certified technicians.
Bob's wife, children, siblings, nieces, nephews, and other relatives all work at the dealership. Customers come from across Indiana, including Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Bloomington, Vincennes, and Washington.
